ABOUT
Living and working between Berlin and Hanover, Franziska Mirus is a contemporary abstract artist born in the 1990s. She paints with deep dedication, guided by moods, conversations, fleeting impressions, and the way she perceives the world—as if through a mirror. Her process is both intuitive and deliberate, shaped by spontaneity and intention. What unfolds on the canvas is not a plan, but a reflection of life as she feels and sees it in the moment.
Exploring how emotion, awareness, and perception shape our experience of life, her paintings are reflections of the human condition and society: tension, surrender, growth, joy.
Her art is both mirror and impulse—inviting others to question, to reflect, to reframe, and to discover their own way of living.
It is the truest expression of herself: a vital outlet, a way to translate her surroundings, her emotions, and her visions into form and color. Inspired by life itself, her work reflects its infinite dimensions—chaos and passion, darkness and light, sensuality and sexuality, restriction and freedom.
Through bold neon contrasts and abstract compositions, she transforms questions into colors and thoughts into visuals.
For Franziska, art is not meant to be confined but to be experienced. It is her dialogue with the world, capturing life in all its endless layers.
